Book Review (Personal Opinion):

It’s incredible how simple changes to your routine can make a big impact. The biggest realization for me it’s the fact that people generally, including me do not have a dedicated time slot to OURSELVES. 

This book introduced a Miracle Morning for me and one simple way to get better control of my life, my personal development, and in turn professional development as a result of taking care of myself.

I love that the book is really simplified and most of the book’s concepts are very simple and highly applicable – so you can start the next morning and see what happens.

The reason that the book didn’t get all points is that I would like a bit more practical examples and diversity for some of The Life S.A.V.E.R.S. when it comes to implementing them. 

The book has really made me think about my routines and gave me many interesting ideas so I can customize them and manage my time and mind properly.
